How we work
The practice is founder-led. The person on your first call leads the work and signs it off.
Every engagement starts with a fixed-price AI Operations Assessment. It finds where AI pays in your business and gives you a roadmap you can act on with anyone. If you want us to build what it recommends, we price on the outcome and never by the hour.
We start with the work your people do and ask whether each process should exist at all. Some are worth automating, some redesigning and some retiring.

How we write
We draft our posts with help from AI tools. A person at dploy.ai reviews, edits and checks every one before it goes live.
Where a post covers the law, we link to the legislation or regulator guidance it relies on. When we have rechecked a post against those sources, the post says so and gives the date.
