Free call (15 min)
You explain your situation, we ask questions, and you leave with something specific whether or not we go further. If the assessment is not the right fit, we'll tell you.

Survey and discovery (days 1 to 3)
Structured questionnaire, then a focused session built around your answers.

We ask whether each process should exist at all in an AI world. Some are worth automating, some redesigning, some retiring. Then we build your roadmap.

Report and presentation (by day 10)
Full 60-minute walkthrough plus the written report, ready to share with your team or board. All counts are working days.

It is written for your team and your board, not for us. Every recommendation says what it is, why it matters and what it would take.

Your opportunities, ranked
Each one says what changes: a service you could add, a better experience for your clients, or time your team gets back. Ranked against the priorities you gave us.
Redesign, automate or retire
For each process we looked at, our view on whether it should be rebuilt, automated, or stopped altogether.
Build or buy
The honest call on each opportunity: what is worth building for you, and what an existing tool already does well enough.
What it takes to do it properly
The data each opportunity would touch, and what it needs to stay within GDPR and the EU AI Act, including where a person has to stay in control.

We take an assessment on only when we are confident the opportunities it finds will be worth many multiples of the fee. If we do not believe that after the first call, we will say so plainly, and the call costs nothing.

And we don't stop at the report.

If you want, we then build the solutions ourselves, priced on the outcome and never by the hour. You own what we build under a perpetual licence, including the right to bring in anyone else to maintain or extend it. You are not locked in to us.

No. It is for Irish businesses in any sector. We hold every assessment to the standard a regulated firm needs, so what we recommend will stand up to a client, an auditor or a regulator if one ever asks.

A short questionnaire before we start, and one discovery session with the people who know the work. The analysis and the report are ours to do. You see us again at the presentation.

No. We review how the work is done, not the records it produces. Your data stays in your environment, and every engagement is covered by a formal service agreement.

It starts at €2,500 plus VAT. We agree the price before we start, once we know how much of your business is in scope, and it does not change after that. There is no meter running.

No. The roadmap is yours and is written so anyone can act on it. If you do want us to build, we price per outcome, and you own what we build under a perpetual licence, including the right to bring in someone else to maintain it.
